Rooted in Story
Lloyd Arneach is a voice artist, narrator, and storyteller from the Elawodi - Yellowhill - Community of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
As the son of nationally reknowned Cherokee storyteller Lloyd Arneach Sr., whose been recognized by the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian, Lloyd Jr. grew up around stories that were not simply read, but carried - shaped by rhythm, memory, humor, silence and the responsibility of holding a listener's attention with honesty.
That foundation continues to influence his voice work today. Whether narrating documentaries, audiobooks, commercials, or corporate material, Lloyd brings a grounded delivery shaped by lived experience, careful observation, and a respect for the story being told.
